The advanced search function can be really useful to filter the programs based on several options. You can, for instance, show all programs that allow deep linking, in the category of clothing and accessories, and are available in the USA. This search currently finds 850 matches.

Their site looks a little simple and not too serious, but it is easy to use. The affiliate system is nice looking and comprehensive with many options and features.
