The difference between affiliate marketing and dropshipping is that with dropshipping you are actually selling goods (even though they are not shipped from your warehouse). With affiliate marketing, you are just promoting someone else’s products.

Both affiliate marketing and dropshipping are similar in that they don’t require a lot of capital to get started.
